In order to experience the most ease with change, it is recommended to have a Bars session weekly for 4 weeks initially, and then spread them out over a couple of weeks, or monthly. There is no right or wrong way for how often; it is totally up to you. The Bars can be completed in silence. What if all your "problems" could just disappear without one discussion about them? That is totally possible! Or for some, incorporating verbal processing is very efficient. By dialoguing about the subject matter of your choosing, the facilitator will ask questions and utilize the Access Consciousness clearing statement to wipe out all the “problem’s” tethers, and allows you to move back into choice.
